Job Description

The Nurse, with similar clinical experience, practices independently and manages routine and complex patient care, focusing on long-term goals and contingency management.

• Provides nursing care per ANA standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  
  
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, and administers medications and treatments using appropriate protocols.
  
  
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
  
  
• Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers.
  
  
• Demonstrates leadership skills aligned with core competencies.
  
  
• Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license in the state or via compact.
