Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) is growing! CVCH is a dynamic, progressive community health center with locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Chelan. We have an excellent opportunity for a Per Diem Physician or Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified for our multiple locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Chelan.

The Physician’s and/or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) primary job function is to be responsible for provision of comprehensive primary care or subspecialty services for the patients of Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH).

Position Requirements:

· Education (APPs): Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant Program, Certification as a Physician Assistant.

· Education (Physicians): Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy. Must be Board Eligible/Certified. If new graduate must become certified within two years of employment date.

· Certification/Licensure: Must possess a current, valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington or eligible to obtain licensure. Must have a valid DEA license. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. ACLS or ATLS may be used to substituted for BLS.

· Experience: Two (2) years of experience working in a community health center or managed care environment preferred. Experience in delivering services to medically underserved populations preferred.

Pay: $144.03 - $160.81 per hour
