Role Overview Wholier is seeking a part-time Influencer Marketing Manager (15–20 hours/week) with a deep understanding of the social media landscape and a strong interest in wellness. If you stay current on content trends, understand what drives meaningful engagement, and are excited by the evolving creator economy, this role could be a great fit. You’ll work closely with our founder to help build and scale a high-impact influencer program. From identifying aligned creators to managing partnerships end to end, your work will directly contribute to growing brand awareness, increasing traffic, and driving conversions. What You’ll Do Identify Aligned Creators : Research and maintain a pipeline of wellness and lifestyle creators on TikTok and Instagram who reflect our brand values. Lead Outreach : Initiate and manage conversations with potential partners, building authentic and strategic collaborations. Manage Partnerships : Own the partnership process from negotiation and briefing to scheduling and delivery of content. Track, Report & Iterate : Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns and report key metrics to optimize future initiatives. Stay Insightful : Keep a pulse on platform trends and creator strategies to inform and improve our approach. Who You Are Genuinely interested in wellness, health, and the digital content space. Well-versed in the social platforms that shape consumer behavior, especially TikTok and Instagram. An excellent communicator—clear, thoughtful, and professional in both writing and conversation. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing projects. Ideally based in New York, though remote candidates are welcome. A Bachelor’s degree and prior experience in influencer marketing or a related field are preferred.
